Electronic response to request was excellent. Very professional and thorough. Records were received in very short order. Deal with confidence.
However, communication via other than electronically could be better. Found it difficult to find a phone number to call and when I did, was directed to a recorded message. Left my message and phone number and have not received a return call after 4 business days. I find this frustrating when trying to obtain some simple information to a question.
