Was very surprised and pleased to find Touchstone services available when I performed a web search on how to obtain a copy of my DD214. I know I have the original - somewhere - but goodness only knows where. I placed my order through Touchstone with some skepticism, as in the case of almost any web based service today. To my delight and surprise the order processing went well, and two days later I had a certified copy of my DD214 in my hands. Thanks for such a great and reliable service. Too bad the US Government can't handle requests in the same efficient manner, but then, what do they handle efficiently. Thanks, Touchstone. You provide a fantastic and very much appreciated service.
