Initially, I was skeptical of this service- as it was online and I had never heard of it before. As it turns out, the people were very professional, pleasant to deal with, and were able to assist me when my computer software wasn't compatible with what they were sending. The results were amazing. I ordered my father's DD214 records to aid my widowed mother with possible financial help in an adult living center. Unfortunately, my father missed serving in war time by "months." I suppose that its actually a good thing that he missed actually seeing any war time. Obtaining the documents finally put some closure on the issue, and my mother is very grateful to actually have his documents from that era of his life. The company backs up what they advertise- we received the information by both mail and email in no time at all.
