I placed the order online on a Thursday evening and requested 2-3 day express service. I was skeptical of the concept but after reading a lot of the most current reviews, I decided to place the order. I got a confirmation of the order immediately, a short time later I got a confirmation from the individual researcher who had been assigned the file. I needed the record for a financial transaction and stood to save $500 if I had the document within about 5 days from the time I placed the order. To my suprise the documents arrived in the early part of the following week, about 5 days after I had placed the order. Thank you for your service. It is somehow comforting when you deal with with a person or company that actually does what they say they will do, and it is increasingly rare these days. You folks did what you promised, I would recommend you to anyone.
