Thank you for your service. Having another copy of my DD214 after misplacing the original is comforting. I did find the service a bit awkward. The on line signature box did not accept my signature, causing a delay in fulfilling my request. It would also be helpful if your service had a real live person available to answer follow-up questions, rather than just your Support Ticket system. Thanks again for your service to all us vets.
