My experience with Touchstone was adequate. I received my DD214 about 10 days later than advertised on the website. I had to email them a couple of times before I received a response from their customer service to find out why it was taking so long. A few days after I was finally able to talk to someone, I received my form. The customer service was friendly and kept me in the loop. All-in-all, they did deliver in the time that I needed but would tell folks to expect an additional a week to the amount of time stated on the website for delivery. [We retrieved this client's record within nine business days, longer than most. Each request is unique and times quoted are averages, some come in earlier, some later depending primarily on where your record is located.
