I requested my DD214 with standard overnight service.
14 calendar days after putting request in, I received email notifying me I could electronically download the DD214 which I successfully did.
The next day, 15 calendar days after request, I received my Fed Ex package with the hard copy.
I've read many reviews, but my request was handled just as I expected.
Would use them again if necessary.
