I had tried to get a copy of my DD214 from the Army but after a year I stopped. I need a my DD214 for work. I found Touchstone on the Internet. It was not hard to place the order. The part I had problems with was seeing the form Touchstone needed me to fill out so they could order the copy.
I called Touchstone two times on the same day before they called me back, I had told the young women what my problem was and by the end of the day I had the form and was able to see it.
Two days later I was inform by Touchstone that my DD214 was in the mail and that I could down load a copy.
Overall the service was good need some work on the forms. Thanks for the hard work Touchstone!!!
