I was in need of the DD214 Express Service for my Mom's VA Spousal Benefit application. The Patriot Group recommended TRG and one other company. For every good review I found, I found another that wasn't so good. I called TRG first and spoke with Jasen. I liked what I heard. He seemed knowledgeable, didn't oversell the service and wasn't pushy.
I applied online-easy, followed up to make sure they received the info. and from there they kept me updated along the way. I had an e copy within 2 weeks of submitting my online request and a hard copy a few days after that. I was quite pleased.
