I was in need of a DD-214, so that I could secure a veteran ID. I paid for the 7-day expedited service and was very pleased with the ease of ordering and the service. 12-days after ordering my form I had not seen it in the mail, so I inquired with customer service and they promptly responded with my order history, which showed that my DD-214 had been sent out on time. My wife had apparently thrown it away thinking that it was junk mail, but I was able to access a copy of it electronically on Touchestone's website. Based my experience I would Touchstone again and highly recommend their service.
