Overall a very fine service. I had only one complaint. Due to covid 19 it took a long time to get my DD214. However, I did not know that the virus would affect this service. I sent several e-mails asking about the status of my request. I did not receive a response to the first couple. When I finally got a response I was glad for the explanation, since I did not know if the fire described my military documents. I got 2 copies of my DD214 soon after the last e-mail from Touchstone. Overall I am happy with the service, but contact them as soon as you realize you need your records, especially during the pandemic.
