Although it took longer than anticipated (probably to the NPRC being closed due to COVID), Touchstone did find my missing DD 214.
I had tried through the GOV for over two years, but were always told they could not find the DD 214. Probably meant, too lazy to go and look for it.
Anyhow, I appreciate Touchstone and their great researchers that were able to help me solve this problem.
I recommend them if you have had problems, but be willing to have patience in this unusual time.
