Absolutely freakin' incredible! When they say same day, they mean same day. Not only that, but Jasen, the representative I made initial contact with, handled my request with promptness, professionalism, and patience. I say patience b/c he correctly diagnosed the issue my browser had with the online form needed for processing the DD-214 request (Update your Java, and uninstall your previous version before you do). Thanks to these folks, I won't have to delay my start date with the Department of Veterans Affairs next week.
P.S. This company responded to my request more quickly than a very similar sounding organization performing the same service for slightly less. Nicely done.
